The location of this hotel is superb, being just a minute away from the beach and the bus stop to Palma. The pool area is great, offering a nice, quiet setting with a fabulous pool. The rooms, although a bit tired-looking, are clean and satisfactory, with some even offering a side view of the beach. The breakfast and dinner options are also good value for money, except for the coffee and juice which could use some improvement.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming old hotel in a fantastic location! The hotel had tons of traditional character without being stuffy. My room was really spacious with a lovely balcony, and the beach was just a 2-minute walk away. The beds were comfortable, and it was nice and quiet for a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed the poolside area. The hotel offered complimentary air conditioning, and we only had to leave a deposit that was returned upon check-out. The half board option was great, with a variety of tasty food for both breakfast and dinner. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants just outside on the road.

To be fair, there was nothing I didn't like about my stay 😊.

During our city break, we enjoyed the spacious rooms and found them to be both comfortable and clean. The hotel's location was also a highlight, as it was conveniently located near the beach and a variety of restaurants. Another advantage we appreciated was the friendly and helpful staff, who were always willing to assist with any questions or concerns we had.

One aspect we didn't particularly enjoy was the extra charges for various amenities. It felt like we were being nickel and dimed for things like the TV and AC remote, as well as the daily fee for Wi-Fi use and the key to the safe.

The hotel Gaya is a charming, old-fashioned gem. It is clear that the owners and staff care about their guests and make every effort to look after them well. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with helpful staff and air conditioning in the rooms. The location is perfect, right next to a stunning beach and a strip of shops and restaurants. The bus stop nearby offers easy access to Palma, the airport, and other resorts along the coast. The selection of food at breakfast and dinner is excellent, and the pool is a nice size and often empty.

The hotel also had free WiFi throughout the property, so I could post my glamorous beach selfies instantly. And let's not forget the outdoor pool, perfect for lounging with a cocktail in hand.

Oh, and who needs a seasonal indoor pool, dry cleaning, laundry service, ironing service, or safety instructions anyway? Definitely not me!
